Apply and 'drop' your experiment in 2013
(11.10 2012) European students are invited to submit their proposals on microgravity experiments for the 2013 Drop Your Thesis! campaign using the Zarm drop tower in Bremen, Germany. Proposals can be submitted until 11 February 2013.

Galileo satellites moved to pad for Friday launch
(09.10 2012) The two Galileo satellites and their upper stage have been enclosed within their protective fairing, and moved to join the Soyuz rocket on the launch pad.

Mission completed for ATV-3
(05.10 2012) ESA’s ATV-3 cargo ferry completed its successful mission to the International Space Station (ISS) when it re-entered the atmosphere on 3 October 2012. After six months in orbit, Edoardo Amaldi burned up as planned over an uninhabited area of the southern Pacific Ocean.
